14. Custom Orders & Personalized Design Policy

At Faithful Transformation, each custom piece is created with intention, prayer, and purpose. These designs are more than products—they are part of a message meant to uplift, encourage, and reflect your heart and faith.

To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines for all custom and personalized orders:

Order Approval & Design Process

All custom orders begin with a submitted request form and follow-up communication as needed.
A mockup or design concept will be provided for approval before production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, and placement.
Once final approval is given, the design is considered confirmed and approved for production.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any custom order enters production.
Orders will not be started until payment has been received and design approval is confirmed.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders require additional time for design, approval, and production.
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated during the ordering process but are not guaranteed.
Please allow extra time during holidays, launches, or high-volume seasons.

No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an error is made on our end.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can review and make it right where appropriate.

Design Integrity & Responsibility

Faithful Transformation is not responsible for errors (including spelling or design choices) once customer approval has been given.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes. Size of design on mockup is for visual understanding only and may not be exact on final product.

Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Faithful Transformation remain the property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Custom designs may be used for promotional purposes, unless a request for privacy is made at the time of ordering.

Right to Decline

Faithful Transformation reserves the right to decline any custom order request at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, designs that do not align with our brand values, faith-based mission, or overall message.
We also reserve the right to decline requests based on design complexity, time constraints, or project scope to ensure that every piece created meets our standard of quality and care.
Our goal is to serve each customer with excellence, and in some cases, this means recognizing when a request falls outside of what we can reasonably fulfill.
