Faithful Transformation was founded by Kat, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach, entrepreneur, and creator of the SEEDS Protocol — a step-by-step framework focusing on Stress, Exercise, Environment, Diet, and Sleep.
After years of helping individuals navigate autoimmune challenges and chronic health concerns, Kat saw the power of guiding others toward healing through lifestyle, faith, and daily encouragement. At the same time, she began creating inspirational products and handcrafted items that naturally sparked conversations, uplifted hearts, and spread simple acts of kindness.
