Shipping & Payment Information

This page outlines how orders are shipped, processed, and paid for in our store. Our commitment is to provide clear, dependable service from checkout to delivery.


1. Shipping Options (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are sent through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the product and destination.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


2. Supported Shipping Zones

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • U.S. PO Boxes (if supported by the chosen carrier)

We do not ship to international addresses or U.S. territories outside the 50 states.


3. Shipping Costs

We offer a simple, customer-friendly flat rate:

Flat Shipping Rate: $4.99 (U.S. Only)

This flat rate applies to all orders regardless of size or weight.
Any limited-time free shipping promotions will be clearly noted when available.


4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Times

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
  • Handcrafted or custom-made items may require additional processing; details are listed on product pages.
  • Orders are typically processed Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days via standard shipping

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Packages

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the criteria listed in our Return & Exchange Policy
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Custom items, personalized products, digital downloads, and clearance items are typically non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.
  3. A replacement or refund will be arranged based on the situation.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first.
  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us and we will help guide next steps.
